Refund and Cancellation Policy

When you get your money back, and how much.

Consultations

Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start and you are refunded in full.

Cancel within 24 hours of the start and you are refunded 50%. The remainder compensates the astrologer for time they held for you and can no longer fill.

If the astrologer does not attend, you are refunded in full. Raise it from the consultation page and we will review it.

Disputes

If a consultation did not happen as described, open a dispute from the consultation page. We review both sides and may refund in full or in part. Where we refund, the amount is recovered from the astrologer’s balance.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.

[REVIEW NEEDED] Some jurisdictions grant a statutory cooling-off period for digital subscriptions that overrides the line above. Confirm before approval.
