What Josi is
Josi is an astrology platform. We compute birth charts across several traditions, generate AI-assisted interpretations, and operate a marketplace where you can book consultations with independent astrologers.
Josi provides astrological interpretation for personal reflection and cultural interest. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read on Josi. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
AI-generated content
Many interpretations on Josi are generated by large language models from your chart data. They are produced by software, not by a person, and can be wrong, inconsistent, or incomplete. We label AI-generated guidance as such. Do not treat it as reviewed by an astrologer unless it is explicitly attributed to one.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter and for activity under your account.
You may not use Josi to harass others, to misrepresent yourself as a verified practitioner, to scrape or resell our calculations, or to attempt to circumvent usage quotas or payment.
Consultations are between you and the astrologer
Astrologers on Josi are independent practitioners, not our employees or agents. We provide the platform, take payment, and hold funds until a consultation is delivered. We do not supply the consultation itself and we do not guarantee any outcome from it.
Verification badges reflect a document review and, where shown, a passed knowledge assessment. They are a signal, not a warranty.
Payment
Subscriptions and consultations are charged through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Contact and complaints
Write to support@josiam.com with any question about these terms, about a consultation that did not go as described, or to ask us to export or delete your data. We aim to reply within two business days.
If your complaint is about a specific consultation, open a dispute from that consultation’s page instead — it reaches us with the booking, payment and messages already attached, which is faster than email for both of us.
